Coming Events
There are only two weeks left until the end of the second school term. How quickly the first half of the year has gone. In Term Three, the focus for the NCEA students will be on completing internals and preparing for external exams.

Tutoring Opportunities
A number of teachers of NCEA offer tutoring opportunities after school and during the term break. This is one of the reasons for our continuing outstanding NCEA results.  I would ask you to encourage your son to take advantage of these opportunities, to assist with his learning and achievement.  I thank my staff who continue to give their time so willingly.

Monday Mass
Mondays at 1:10 pm, Fr Kevin Murphy, our Chaplain, celebrates Mass in the College Chapel. Students attend on a voluntary basis. Each week we have a near full Chapel with both students and staff - and on occasion some parents. You are most welcome to join us on Mondays - just call in !

Tula'i Pasifika Summit
Kahn Stowers, Moritz Kulene, Elijah Fuluifaga and Jordan Lesatele represented Liston College at the Tula'i Summit on Wednesday evening. The boys have been in the Pasifika Leadership Programme over the past 8 weeks. They were asked to explain what cultural identity meant to them in terms of their family. They represented Liston with remarkable pride and presence and many who were present commented on what wonderful Pacific leaders they were.

Liston College Old Boys
The Old Boys' Society are running a Quiz Night on Saturday 19 August at 7:00 pm. This will be held at the West Harbour Tennis Club.  Details of the evening will be advertised next term.
