Dear Parents and Caregivers

There is currently a hive of actvity at the school leading up to Prizegiving on Tuesday, 5 November. Both staff and students are heavily involved in the preparation for this special event. The ‘Teacher of the Year’ and ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Life of the School’ awards will also be announced at Prizegiving.

Thank you to the members of the school community who made the tme to put forward their nominations for the ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Life of the School’ award.

I would like to take this opportunity to encourage our students to study for their exams and to be prepared to make some sacrifices during the short time available. Please remember that teachers are willing to help the seniors during study leave. I wish all the students the very best for their upcoming exams and for a successful end of year.

Parent Survey on Liston College Property Development
The Board of Trustees is working with the Catholic Diocese Authority on the current and future development of the College. It is important to hear the views of as many stakeholders as possible to help with planning. A survey for parents to complete is included in this newsletter. Your input is important to us. All surveys completed and returned by 1 November go into a draw for a $20 Westfield voucher. Students will also have the opportunity to complete this survey.

Best Wishes to
Mr Tony Worth who is about to undergo a double hip replacement. Please keep him in your prayers. Mr Worth will be back next year.

God bless you and your families.
